Communications and Customers Services Officer
Due to the continued growth of the business, United Oilseeds is looking to recruit a Communications and Customer Services Officer to maintain and develop customer relations.
This fulltime position will involve working across all departments within the company, in conjunction with our external PR Agency, to promote the company to the outside farming industry. The successful candidate will have ownership of the company’s image and communications using new and traditional media channels including the company’s website and will be responsible for regular customer satisfaction surveys.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the candidate will be passionate about the role that all forms of communication can play in industry and hold a degree in a PR/communications or similar, together with two/three years relevant industry experience, preferably in the agricultural sector.

Trading Commodity Administrator Due to the continued growth of our business, United Oilseeds is looking to recruit a Trading Commodity Administrator, to take responsibility for the daily administration of our Linseed, Peas, Beans and Oats contracts, working closely with the individual traders. This position requires a person with a high degree of accuracy and concentration, using the in house computer to input large volumes of data. Knowledge of the agricultural industry and the Microsoft suite of programs would be preferable but not essential. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this will be a demanding but rewarding role in our business and therefore attracts a competitive salary along with generous benefits package.
